Selling Your Trains
Here at preowned trains, we are constantly looking for collections both large and small.  Since we only deal in used trains, our need to stock our shelves must come from train collectors and modelers like yourself.  We are interested in all scales and sizes of collections.  From one item to hundreds of items, from plastic to brass, we're interested!

If you or anyone you know have excess trains and accessories or an entire collection that you would like to dispose of, please let us know.  We'll be happy to quote you a price.

What Should You Do?
First, make a list of the items you wish to sell.  On your list, try to include the following information:

  1. The Scale.
  2. The Item.
  3. The Manufacturer.
  4. An accurate description of the item's condition.
  5. If possible, an amount you feel your items are worth.

Mail or e-mail your list along with your name and address and/or e-mail address.  We will contact you with a quote or a request for specific information or, for very large collections, a request to visit for a personal inspection of the collection.

Don't Have Time to Make a List?
No problem!  Carefully pack up your trains and ship them to us.  We will acknowledge receipt of your shipment, make an evaluation of its worth as quickly as possible, then send you a quote on your items.  Just let us know first before shipping anything for a quote.

If you accept our offer, your money will promptly be on its way to you.  If our offer is not acceptable, we will cheerfully ship your trains back to you.  It's that simple!
